| Math |
- Study guides will be given towards the middle of the unit.
Students will be assigned a certain number of problems each day
until the date the study guide is due.
- The test will be after the study guide is checked.
- For extra practice, you can do the following:
- Use one of the math learning objects on my site.
- Use Education City.
- Print out worksheets on line. I have provided some
places on my site to do so.

Reading
|
- Most stories that we read take two weeks in class.
During those two weeks students can do the following at home:
- Review the vocabulary words
- Practice reading part of the story fluently.
- Reread the story and discuss what is happening.
- Practice the focus skill using the guided reading book I
will assign to you.

- Vocabulary Cards will be sent home towards the start of
each unit.

- The pretest is given on Friday. The words and
contract go home each Friday.
- The spelling contract which is a written activity is due on
Thursday and the students will be tested on their words on Thursday as
well.
